Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Company Ltd. is the largest ERW and LSAW steel pipe manufacturer in Northern China. Established in 2005, we have a modern factory covering an area of 666,000 square meters, with over 700 employees and a fixed asset of 200 million USD, annual output capacity is up to 1,000,000 Tons. We can quickly fulfill all of our domestic and international customers’ orders, try our best to meet customers’ requirements.

We are located in Cangzhou city, Hebei province, a large steel production base in Northern China. Huayang is near to the raw material steel mill, such as Hebei Zhongtie Equipment Company, Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, Shougang Group, Jinxi Group, which reduce the material cost. At the same time, Huayang is 210 kilometers from Beijing, 150 kilometers from Tianjin City, 160 kilometers from Xingang port, with convenient transportation, which is convenient for customer’s visit and reduce the transportation cost. With lower material cost control, we can offer more competitive price and significant profit for our customers.

Huayang use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, one φ114.3mm-φ168.3mm ERW steel production line, three φ219mm-φ426mm ERW steel pipe production line, one φ426mm-φ660mm ERW steel pipe production line, one JCOE production lines for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-50mm. In 2018, we build a new advanced RBE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-30mm.

Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.

In order to provide One-Stop service for customers with superior products from qualified supplier, Huayang set up branch company, Cangzhou Wingo International Trading Co., Ltd in 2013, to help customers purchase different products, such as seamless steel pipes, SSAW steel pipes, Galvanized pipes, Anti-corrosion pipes, pipe fittings and flanges etc.

Huayang steel pipes are used as the construction material and the pipelines for oil, gas, water, steam, and other middle & low hydraulic pressure fluids. Huayang’s products are sold nationwide and mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa, North America and Europe. Our company has consistently aimed to provide our customers with high quality, affordable industrial pipes. “Huayang” brand steel pipe has gained praises and high reputation from all of the world.

May 2005 - Factory Established

Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Co., Ltd was established in May 2005. One line of 8”-16” (Φ219-Φ426mm) ERW pipe production line and 12 thermal expansion steel pipe production lines were built firstly. Huayang’s yearly production capacity reached 200,000 metric tons.

January 2010 - New production line went into production

January 2010, Huayang reinvested 79 million US dollars, set up one of 16”-26” (Φ426-Φ660mm) ERW pipe production line and 8 thermal expansion steel pipe production lines.

March 2011 - International Team Founded

March 2011, Hayang’s international trade department was founded. The symbolic events is our steel pipes have been exported to Canada, that means we stand in the international market successfully.

May 2013 - Built New ERW pipe production line

May 2013, one of 8” (Φ219mm) ERW pipe production line was put into production, yearly production capacity reached 350,000 metric tons.

May 2015 - 1^st production line for LSAW Steel Pipe Set Up

May 2015, with 120 million US dollars investment, Huayang set up the first production line for LSAW steel pipe. Size range from 20” to 56”, wall thickness from 10mm to 50mm.

June 2018 - 2^nd LSAW steel pipe production line built

June 2018, 2^nd LSAW steel pipe production line was built, the annual production capacity for LSAW steel pipes come to 200,000 metric tons.

December 2018 - Sales reached a new high

In the whole year of 2018, Huayang sales quantity has reached a new high - 800,000 metric tons.

April 2019 - 3 production lines for small size ERW steel pipe under construction

April 2019, 3 production lines for small size ERW steel pipe is under construction, we can produce ERW steel pipes size 4” - 6”.
